Telemedia is looking for Solutions Architect to be a part of Project Implementation Team. Reporting to Project Implementation Manager.

    Job Description :

  • Responsible for solution design and transition of network communication solutions from presales to delivery.
  • Conduct customer presentations, whiteboard, and research.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Data networking certifications i.e., CCNP, CCDP, CCIE. Is advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of network element, network monitoring system, network testing and security products (Keysight, NetScout, Cisco, Huawei, etc.)
  • Understanding of Virtualization / VM Concept and Solutions (VMWare, VirtualBox, etc.), Basic Networking Concepts (Switching, Routing, Firewall), Basic Cloud Computing Concepts (ex: AWS, Alicloud, GCP, etc.)
  • Understanding basic Mobile Telco 3G, LTE and fiberoptics network
  • Experience in MPLS/ITIL/ITSM/network security and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP will be an added advantage
  • Solid experience in designing and supporting IP networks for voice, data and video using SIP, MGCP, RTP, Multicasting, Unicasting and network security.
  • Passionate with Servers, Networking, Cloud Computing, and/or IT Infrastructure topics in general
  • Experience with presenting to Senior Directors and C-Level executives.

Telemedia is looking for Data Engineer to be a part of Project Implementation Team.
Reporting to Project Implementation Manager.

    Job Description :

  • Perform support maintenance and troubleshooting services for data warehouse solution to our customer.
  • Design, develop, maintain, monitor, and execute production ETL processes using Informatica Power Center.
  • Investigate production ETL issues / problems, Mapping database sources to specified data formats, Verify, and validate ETL deliverables.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum S1 Telecommunication or Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with database technologies (Greenplum, SQL, Oracle, etc.) including PostgreSQL.
  • Efficient in Greenplum architecture and database maintenance.
  • Monitor data distribution to identify data skew, vacuum and analysis needed on objects and Resource queue design, etc.
  • Ability in writing SQL/PLSQL, writing complex queries, store procedures, performance tuning.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimension model & MDM
  • Good experience. in doing file reconciliations with Mediation and network elements.
  • Awareness and exposure to Hadoop/Big Data Technology.

Telemedia is looking for Network Support Engineer to be a part of Pre-Sales and Technical Support Team. Reporting to Technical Support Manager.

    Job Description :

  • Coordinates the design, planning, installation, configuration, maintenance and testing of all network elements.
  • Provide support services of network monitoring system and all other product related network system to our customer.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain our customers networks, mainly mobile telecom operators.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum S1/D3 Telecommunication or Information Technology
  • CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and other relevant certifications will be advantageous
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Network Engineering or System Administration. Fresh Graduate with good internship background may apply.
  • Experience in devices such as routers, switches, firewall, IP configuration etc.
  • Experience in MPLS/ITIL/ITSM/network security and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP will be an added advantage
  • Experience on handling server’s admin and operating systems: Windows, Linux, VM, OpenStack.
  • Passionate with Servers, Networking, Cloud Computing, and/or IT Infrastructure topics in general
  • Understanding of Virtualization / VM Concept and Solutions (VMWare, VirtualBox, etc), Basic Networking Concepts (Switching, Routing, Firewall), Basic Cloud Computing Concepts (ex: AWS, Alicloud, GCP, etc.)
  • Has a good interpersonal and communication skills

Telemedia is looking for Lead Account Manager to be responsible in Enterprise and Banking Industry’s Sales. Reporting directly to Chief Sales Officer.

    Job Description :

  • Act as the main point of contact for the company’s clients
  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust
  • Identify revenue opportunities for the clients and the company
  • Resolve problems by investigating the presented issues in our backoffice, consulting with other departments and/or researching under the specific client’s account
  • Actively listen to each client in order to gain perfect understanding of their individualized needs and business
  • Identify industry trends especially in Enterprise and Banking sector
  • Properly manage client’s expectations and follow through on commitments
  • Collaborate with various departments and team members in order to solve inquiries

    • Requirements :
