Telemedia is looking for Network Support Engineer to be a part of Pre-Sales and Technical Support Team. Reporting to Technical Support Manager.

    Job Description :

  • Coordinates the design, planning, installation, configuration, maintenance and testing of all network elements.
  • Provide support services of network monitoring system and all other product related network system to our customer.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain our customers networks, mainly mobile telecom operators.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum S1/D3 Telecommunication or Information Technology
  • CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and other relevant certifications will be advantageous
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Network Engineering or System Administration. Fresh Graduate with good internship background may apply.
  • Experience in devices such as routers, switches, firewall, IP configuration etc.
  • Experience in MPLS/ITIL/ITSM/network security and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP will be an added advantage
  • Experience on handling server’s admin and operating systems: Windows, Linux, VM, OpenStack.
  • Passionate with Servers, Networking, Cloud Computing, and/or IT Infrastructure topics in general
  • Understanding of Virtualization / VM Concept and Solutions (VMWare, VirtualBox, etc), Basic Networking Concepts (Switching, Routing, Firewall), Basic Cloud Computing Concepts (ex: AWS, Alicloud, GCP, etc.)
  • Has a good interpersonal and communication skills
